  • Children may have as many as 200 to 500 spots, which occur in waves. High temperatures can reach up to 38.9oC.
  • The virus is easily spread through coughs, sneezes or direct contact with secretion from the rash.
  • May result in scarring, shingles (reactivation of varicella zoster virus ) and the central nervous system being affected.



























CHICKENPOX IS COMMON
